Kimberly counsels individuals, couples, and families on estate planning and trust administration matters, and develops comprehensive plans to address their personal and business needs.  Kimberly’s practice also focuses on sophisticated wealth transfer strategies to benefit individuals and charities,  and their implementation through irrevocable trusts and other entities.

Prior to joining Freeland Cooper & Foreman, Kimberly was the principal and owner of the Law Office of Kimberly Stewart in San Francisco focused solely on estate planning and trust administration, and before that, she practiced trusts and estates law at a boutique estate planning practice in San Francisco.
